If you go on vacation for a week or more, and you happen to go see a doctor, and the doctor gives you multiple prescriptions that you KNOW are going to affect your work, how about letting your boss know?
If your boss doesn't know that you're "heavily medicated" and they will "wipe you out", and then you just ask to go sit down, your boss is going to think that you're just leaving, while all of Greenville comes in.
Had your boss known ahead of time, she would have been more accommodating. Maybe give a heads-up next time? We're not mind-readers, we don't know whats going on, unless you tell us.
