Just keep running, just keep running

This week has been Spring Break for ECU students. Which means that the lovely Rec Center has been very quiet. Which is nice for the rest of us, and we dont have to fight over machines or wait for a treadmill to open up.

So. I've shaved a minute off of my mile time this week (is it because I'm using the treadmill instead of the track?) and I've started riding the bikes. My legs immediately start to feel like jello and I start to pour sweat (gross, sorry).

All in all, not a bad way to spend Spring Break (and the morning before going to work).

  1. Yep, treadmill is an easier run than the track. Good for you! I'm sick :( so no running lately.
